Maintenance of the Said SAC. The Allottee agrees and confirms that the Said SAC (at the sole discretion of the Promoter) be initially managed and operated by the Promoter either by itself or through its nominee for a period of 2(two) years from the date of completion of construction of the building complex or such extended time as the Promoter shall think proper and subsequently, the Association on its formation shall look after the maintenance, management and operation of the Said SAC. There shall be one common/joint Facility Manager/Association for both Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 0 and Solaris City Serampore Phase-1.
