Maintenance of Vehicles. The Contractor covenants and agrees to maintain the vehicles used for the services described herein in a cleanly state and in good mechanical and operating condition, the whole at Contractor’s cost.

Maintenance of Vehicles. a) The Contractor covenants and agrees to maintain the vehicles used for the services described herein in a cleanly state and in good mechanical and operating condition, the whole at Contractor’s cost. b) The Contractor covenants and agrees that the vehicles shall be maintained by the Contractor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and that the equipment shall at all times meet or surpass applicable industry standards of mechanical fitness, maintenance and cleanliness, the whole at Contractor’s cost.
