Maintenance of Windows, etc. (a) Each Owner of a Residential Unit shall at his own cost and expense be responsible for the cleaning, repair and maintenance of all the balustrade and railings on the balcony, utility platform, flat roof and all the windows of the Residential Unit. The Owner of the Residential Unit shall engage such contractor as the Manager may nominate from time to time to carry out the said cleaning, repair and maintenance work.
