MAINTENANCE OF WORK OPERATIONS. A. The parties agree that there shall be no lockouts, strikes, work stoppages, job actions or slowdowns during the life of this Agreement. No Officer or representative of the Group shall authorize, instigate, or condone such activity, nor shall any employee participate in such activity. B. It is understood that violation of the provisions of this Article may subject any employee participating in or condoning such activity to disciplinary action by the Township. Such disciplinary may include termination of employment, or any other appropriate lesser form of discipline.
