Common use of Maintenance Program Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Program. (a) During the 20 day period preceding the Scheduled Expiry Date and upon the Lessor's request, the Lessee will provide the Lessor or its agent reasonable access to the Agreed Maintenance Program and the Aircraft Documents in order to facilitate the Aircraft's integration into any subsequent operator's fleet. The Lessor agrees that it will not disclose (and will not permit its agents to disclose) the contents of the Agreed Maintenance Program to any Person except to the extent necessary to monitor the Lessee's compliance with this Agreement and/or to bridge the maintenance program for the Aircraft from the Agreed Maintenance Program to another program after the Expiry Date.

The Lessor agrees that it will not disclose (and will not permit its agents to disclose) the contents of the Agreed Maintenance Program to any Person person or entity except to the extent necessary to monitor the Lessee's compliance with this Agreement and/or to bridge the maintenance program for the Aircraft from the Agreed Maintenance Program to another program after the Expiry Date.

(b) Concurrent with providing the Aircraft Documents for Lessor's review, Lessee shall provide to Lessor a written summary of all sampling programs involving or affecting the Aircraft.
