Common use of Maintenance Program Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Program. (a) Prior to the Return Occasion and upon Lessor's or Owner's request, Lessee will provide Lessor or Owner or its agent reasonable access to the Lessee's Maintenance Program and the Aircraft Documents and Records in order to facilitate the Aircraft's integration into any subsequent operator's fleet; and (b) Lessee will, if requested by Lessor or Owner to do so, provide sufficient access to Lessee's Maintenance Program in order to integrate the Aircraft to the next operator's maintenance program. Lessor and any Person to whom Lessor grants access to Lessee's Maintenance Program shall agree that it will not disclose the contents of the Lessee's Maintenance Program to any Person except to the extent necessary to monitor Lessee's compliance with the Lease and/or to bridge the maintenance program for the Aircraft from the Lessee's Maintenance Program to another program after the Return Occasion.

Lessor and any Person to whom Lessor grants access to Lessee's Maintenance Program shall agree that it will not disclose the contents of the Lessee's Maintenance Program to any other Person except to the extent necessary to monitor Lessee's compliance with the Lease and/or to bridge the maintenance program for the Aircraft from the Lessee's Maintenance Program to another program after the Return Occasion.
