Maintenance Program. 1.1 It is important to maintain accurate job descriptions and/or job fact sheet questionnaires and job rating on an ongoing basis. It is the intention of the parties to periodically review jobs upon request and to ensure all remaining jobs be reviewed every 24 to 36 months.
