MAINTENANCE SERVICES COVERAGE. Ricoh shall provide to Customer maintenance services under an Order, during Ricoh business hours, 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays ((i) New Year’s Day; (ii) Memorial Day; (iii) 4th of July; (iv) Labor Day; (v) Thanksgiving; (vi) Day after Thanksgiving; and (vii) Christmas Day) (“Normal Business Hours”), as follows (collectively, the “Maintenance Services”):
