Maintenance Workshop. Lessee may deliver possession of any Engine to the Manufacturer or to an Authorized Maintenance Performer for testing, service, repair, maintenance or overhaul work on such Engine or any part thereof or for alterations or modifications in or additions to such Engine to the extent required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
