Common use of Major Change Clause in Contracts

Major Change. For a Major Change Referred to in 3.2.1 (a): (a) The employer must notify the relevant employees and the Union/s of the decision to introduce the major change; and (b) Subclauses 3.2.3 to 3.2.9 apply.
