Common use of Make-Ready Work Required Clause in Contracts

Make-Ready Work Required. 6.5.1.2.1 If Make-Ready Work is to be performed by AT&T-22STATE, such available space shall remain in effect until Make-Ready Costs are presented to CLEC and approval by CLEC pursuant to the time frames herein. If CLEC approves AT&T-22STATE’s Make-Ready Work Costs, CLEC shall have twelve (12) months from the date of Application approval to install its Facilities.
