MAKE-UP AND HAIR DEPARTMENT HEADS. The parties agree to add the following letter of understanding to the 2015-2018 BCCFU Master Agreement: 1. Any Assistant Make-up Artist or Assistant Hairstylist who is required to work in a higher classification following the release of the Department Head shall be entitled to payment of the higher rate for the time worked in the higher classification. 2. If work in the higher classification prior to camera wrap exceeds four (4) hours, the higher rate shall prevail for the entire workday. “This Letter of Understanding shall expire on March 31, 2018, unless renewed by mutual agreement of the parties.”

  • Department Heads A. Department Heads shall not be required to act as the school disciplinarians.

  • Department Head A. Within ten (10) business days from his/her receipt of the decision resulting from the previous level, the employee may appeal to the Department Head using the original copy of the grievance.

  • Department of Health and Human Services An employee notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative, the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.
