Make Up of the Project Management Team. The Project Management Team will consist of six (6) persons in total, three (3) designated from time to time by the Chief Administrative Officer of the County and three (3) designated from time to time by the Chief Administrative Officer of the City. The Project Management Team will remain constituted and in effect until substantial completion of the improvements to the Federal Building Undertaking.
