Manage Public Relations. Support and assist each Project Company with the public relations effort and interface with (a) power purchase agreement customers, (b) the utility, (c) governmental agencies, (d) land owners, (e) the local communities, and (f) other parties interested in the development and installation of each Project, including collection and dissemination of information with respect to each Project.

  • Public Relations If Manager conducts local public relations efforts, then Manager must conduct the local public relations efforts consistent with the Sprint PCS Communications Policies. The Sprint PCS Communications Policies as of the date of this agreement are attached as Exhibit 6.4. Sprint PCS may modify the Sprint PCS Communications Policies from time to time by delivering to Manager a new Exhibit 6.4.

Enhance Dominion’s position in the energy industry. Balance and diversify shareholder investment in Dominion through a wide range of activities. Provide feedback to Dominion and its operating subsidiaries regarding investor concerns, trading and ownerships. Hold periodic analysts meetings, and provide various operating data as requested or required by investors.

  • Investor Relations Firm Promptly after the execution of a definitive agreement for a Business Combination, the Company shall retain an investor relations firm with the expertise necessary to assist the Company both before and after the consummation of the Business Combination for a term to be agreed upon by the Company and the Representative.

  • Strategic Planning The Practice Advisory Council may make recommendations to the Practice concerning development of long-term strategic planning objectives for the Practice.

  • Member Management Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the business and affairs of the LLC shall be managed and controlled by the Member, and the Member shall have full, exclusive and complete authority and discretion to make all the decisions affecting the business and affairs of the LLC, and to take all such actions as the Member deems necessary or appropriate to accomplish the purposes of the LLC; and any actions taken by the Member shall be binding on the LLC.

  • Customer Relations A. Actively promote DCP Holding Company in all Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, and Community activity.

  • Business Development Company Status The Company, during a period of at least 12 months from the Closing Time, will use its commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its status as a business development company; provided, however, the Company may cease to be, or withdraw its election as, a business development company, with the approval of the board of directors and a vote of stockholders as required by Section 58 of the 1940 Act or any successor provision.

None of the Company, its Affiliates, or any person acting on its or any of their behalf (other than the Initial Purchasers, as to whom the Company makes no representation or warranty) has engaged or will engage, in connection with the offering of the Securities, in any form of general solicitation or general advertising within the meaning of Rule 502 under the Securities Act. With respect to those Securities sold in reliance upon Regulation S, (i) none of the Company, its Affiliates or any person acting on its or their behalf (other than the Initial Purchasers, as to whom the Company makes no representation or warranty) has engaged or will engage in any directed selling efforts within the meaning of Regulation S and (ii) each of the Company and its Affiliates and any person acting on its or their behalf (other than the Initial Purchasers, as to whom the Company makes no representation or warranty) has complied and will comply with the offering restrictions set forth in Regulation S.
