Common use of MANAGEMENT AND UNION COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

MANAGEMENT AND UNION COMMITTEE. 36:01 The Employer and the Union agree that their senior representatives will meet on a quarterly basis to discuss matters of mutual interest, together with a secretary appointed by the Employer.
