Management of Network. Customer agrees that I&T has sole responsibility for management of the customer’s network and devices for the duration of this agreement. As such I&T will retain exclusive rights to and use of all administrative access to assure the integrity of the network and devices. In the event the customer, or a third party on behalf of the customer, make any changes without express permission from I&T, any needed repairs will be fully billable. Management of Network. Osage Broadband reserves the right to manage its network for the greatest benefit of the greatest number of subscribers including, without limitation, the following: rate limiting, rejection or removal of “spam” or otherwise unsolicited bulk email, anti-virus mechanisms, traffic prioritization, and protocol filtering. You expressly accept that such action on the part of Osage Broadband may affect the performance of the Service. Osage Broadband reserves the right to enforce limits on specific features of the Service including, without limitation, email storage (including deletion of dormant or unchecked email) and web hosting maximums.
