Common use of Management of the Project Clause in Contracts

Management of the Project. Both parties commit to respect the general and specific conditions laid down by the donor in the Grant Contract. A shared management structure detailing the roles and responsibilities of each project partner will ensure the effective implementation of Project, as described in the following articles of the present Agreement.
