Management of Workforce. Managing Member shall have the right, power and obligation to exercise any control over the hiring or supervision of the workforce of the Company, necessary to manage the Company, including, but not limited to, any employment benefits or other terms and conditions of employment for the employees of the Company, Cyprus shall take no part in, and shall have no right, power or obligation with respect to, any matter relating to the hiring of miners; provided, however, that Xxxxxxxxx shall not hire miners previously terminated by Xxxxxxxxx without first receiving consent from the Board of Managers. The Managing Member shall provide written notification to the Board of Managers of the lateral transfer miners from Xxxxxxxxx’x other operations to the Company within thirty (30) days of such transfer.

  • Program Management (WBS 1.1) All components of the Project Management Plan as implemented for the Base Contract and Options 1-4 will be reviewed and amended to reflect specific needs for Option 5 and the outcome of continuous process improvement evaluations.

  • Commencement of Work Upon Contractor’s receipt from Owner of the limited notice to proceed (“Limited Notice to Proceed” or “LNTP”), Contractor shall promptly commence with the performance of the portion of the Work specified in such LNTP; provided that the Parties have executed a Change Order defining the LNTP Work. The LNTP shall be issued in the form attached hereto as Attachment H, Schedule H-1.
