The Management Orders clause defines the authority and procedures for issuing instructions or directives related to the management and operation of a project or contract. Management Orders. In the event of a dispute or grievance arising, which is not promptly and amicably adjusted between the supervisor and employee, said dispute or grievance shall be submitted through the regular channels provided under the Grievance Procedure.
