Dues Remittance. The amounts deducted under Article 6.1(a) will be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the twentieth (20th) day of the following month. The Employer will subtract any sum to be paid to charitable organizations prior to each monthly remittance to the Association. The Association will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform the Association of the names and ranks of the Members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member's salary, on a monthly basis.
Dues Remittance. The Employer will remit the deductions once each month with a remittance form, provided by the Union, with the names of employees for whom deductions were made, together with the amounts deducted. Such deductions will be remitted to the Union or to the Agency designated by the Union for the collection of such deductions.

The Employer shall remit to Education Minnesota the aggregate deductions of all teachers together with an alphabetical list of the teachers for whom deductions have been made and a statement itemizing the amount of remittance within fifteen (15) days following the end of each payroll period.

The Corporation shall deduct Association dues or their equivalent every two weeks from the salary of each Member within thirty (30) days of learning from the Association the amount to be deducted. The Corporation shall remit to the Association, within seven (7) days of the date deductions were made, a cheque payable for the total amount deducted, together with a list in duplicate of all Members showing the salary and the amount deducted. A statement of the cumulative amount deducted shall be sent at the end of the financial year. The amount to be deducted by the Corporation may not be modified more than once in any six (6) month period, and such modification shall take effect as of the second salary date following the receipt by the Corporation of a written notice of the new deductions.

NUFA will advise the Employer in writing one (1) month in advance of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Employer will inform NUFA and the CASBU Officer of the names of the Members from whose remuneration deductions have been made and the amounts so deducted from every Member’s salary on a monthly basis.
Dues Remittance. Upon receipt of a signed authorization from the employee, the Company agrees to deduct and pay over to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union any initiation, assessment or reinstatement fee and the monthly dues of the Union. The Company agrees to forward such deductions to the Union office no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following that for which the deductions were made.
Dues Remittance. The amounts deducted under Article 5:01 shall be remitted monthly to the Association no later than the 10th day of the following month. At the commencement of this Agreement, the Association shall advise the Director of Administration in writing, one month in advance, of any changes in the amount of regular monthly dues. The Director of Administration shall inform the Association of the names and ranks of the members from whose salaries deductions have been made and the amount so deducted from every member’s salary.
Dues Remittance. The amounts so deducted shall be remitted monthly to the Vice-President – Local Finance of the Union, no later than the end of the month following the month in which the dues were deducted. In remitting such dues, the Employer shall provide a list of nurses from whom deductions were made, their work site (if the bargaining unit covers more than one site) and the nurses’ social insurance numbers, amount of dues deducted and where feasible, the Employer shall also provide the job classification, and status of the nurses. The list shall also include deletions and additions from the preceding month highlighting new hires, resignations, terminations, new unpaid leaves of absence greater than one month and returns from leaves of absence. A copy of this list will be sent concurrently to the local Union. The Employer shall provide the information currently provided, in an electronic format. The Employer will also identify the dues month, name(s) of the bargaining unit and payroll contact information. The Employer will provide the members’ current addresses and phone numbers it has on record, with the dues lists, at least every six (6) months.
Dues Remittance. Dues deducted will be remitted to M.A.P. or Union official, as designated in writing by the Union.
