Managing Director. (1) As a rule, the Managing Director shall be appointed by the KSETA Executive Board for two years. Reappointment shall be possible. In case he/she resigns from his/her office prematurely, the KSETA Executive Board shall appoint a successor for the remaining time of the election period. (2) The Managing Director shall support the Coordinator of XXXXX in fulfilling his/her tasks and shall manage the active business of KSETA in his/her own responsibility.
