Mandatory Check-Off. Subject to the provisions of this Article, NAV CANADA shall, as a condition of employment, deduct Union Membership dues and initiation fees from the monthly pay and/or training allowance(s) of all employees in the bargaining unit in accordance with the Union’s by-laws.

Mandatory Check-Off. Subject to the provisions of this Article, the Employer shall deduct an amount equal to the Union’s regular dues and initiation fees from the monthly pay of each Employee in the Bargaining Unit.

  • CHECK-OFF 11.01 Subject to the provisions of this Article, the Employer will, as a condition of employment, deduct an amount equal to the monthly membership dues from the monthly pay of all employees. Where an employee does not have sufficient earnings in respect of any month to permit deductions made under this Article, the Employer shall not be obligated to make such deduction from subsequent salary.
