Per Section 8.04, Contractor shall also provide a written report to County by April 1 of each year identifying all Qualified Generators who have not subscribed for commercial recycling services, the reason for such non-subscription, the efforts undertaken by Contractor to arrange for recycling services, and the name, title and telephone number of the applicable contact person for each such customer.
