Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a missed pick-up, Contractor shall Collect the Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials on the day the notice is received, if possible, and in all cases shall Collect the missed pick-up by 6:00 p.m. of the next Business Day following receipt of the missed pick-up notification.

Contractor shall retain the right to ▇▇▇▇ customer as noted in Attachment D, Section F, “Fees for Extra Services” for returns for Missed Pick-Ups if container was not set out for collection during the normal collection hours when Contractor’s collection vehicle ordinarily is present for collection.

Missed Pick-Ups. In the case of a complaint of a missed collection, Contractor shall make the collection no later than the following collection day
Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a missed pick-up, Company shall Collect the Trash, Recyclable Materials, and/or Organic Materials the same day, if notified by 12:00 noon, otherwise by 5:00 p.m. of the following day, unless Company can provide documentation the Container was not placed for Collection in a timely manner. Evidence may include a report by the driver, provided at time of normal Collection, indicating no Container had been placed out for Collection. A summary of missed pickups shall be submitted to City monthly.

Missed Pick-Ups. In the case of a missed pick-up, Company shall collect the Solid Waste, Recycling and Greenwaste within one (1) working day (24 hours) of being notified. Company shall not charge a fee in cases of missed pick-ups except where the customer has failed to place Solid Waste, Recycling or Greenwaste out for collection on the collection day. The amount of the return trip charge is set forth in the Service Rates.
Missed Pick-Ups. In the case of a complaint of a missed Collection, 11 CONTRACTOR shall make the Collection on the date of the call if the 12 call is received by 10:00 a.m. and before noon the following Collection 13 day if the complaint is received after 10:00 a.m.
Missed Pick-Ups. ‌ 2456 The failure of Contractor to pick up Discarded Materials which has been set out in an approved manner 2457 as described in Article 3 by a Service Recipient shall be considered a missed pick-up. Contractor shall 2458 Collect the material from the Service Recipient within twenty-four (24) hours of Contractor's receipt of 2459 notification of the missed pick-up except where Collection on a Sunday would be required, in which case 2460 Contractor may perform the Collection of a missed pick-up on the Monday immediately following the 2461 date of notification. If Contractor is notified of a missed pick-up on the business day following the 2462 scheduled Collection day for the Service Recipient and such notification is made by 9:00 a.m., Contractor 2463 shall Collect the missed pick-up on the day of notification. Contractor shall maintain a written record of 2464 all calls related to missed pick-ups and the response provided by Contractor. The record shall be 2465 maintained in accordance with the reporting and monitoring requirements of this Agreement. In the 2466 event Contractor fails to Collect a missed pick-up within the times set forth in this Section, City or its 2467 agents may Collect and transport the material. City shall notify Contractor in writing whenever City or 2468 its agent collects a missed pick-up. Contractor shall reimburse City for all costs so incurred by City as 2469 provided in this Agreement, and such costs are not an Eligible Expense. 2470
Missed Pick-Ups. The Contractor shall promptly investigate and attempt to resolve all complaints made known to Contractor of missed pick-ups and shall arrange for collection of missed pick-ups found to be valid after a complaint or notification is received. This Agreement shall require the Contractor to prepare and provide a report to the Township concerning customer usage and customer service, which shall include complaints received by the Contractor and the resolution of said complaints.
