Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a missed pick-up, Contractor shall Collect the Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials on the day the notice is received, if possible, and in all cases shall Collect the missed pick-up by 6:00 p.m. of the next Business Day following receipt of the missed pick-up notification.
Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a Missed Pick-Up Collection Event, Contractor shall collect the solid waste and targeted recyclable materials within twenty-four (24) hours from the time that the notice is received, if possible, provided the customer’s container was set out properly and in time to meet the normal collection service for that location, In all cases, Contractor shall collect the Missed Pick-Up by 6:00 p.m. of the next Business Day following receipt of the Missed Pick-Up notification provided the customer’s container is properly set out for Contractor on Contractor’s return trip. Contractor shall retain the right to xxxx customer as noted in Attachment D, Section G, “Fees for Extra Services” for returns for Missed Pick-Ups if container was not set out for collection during the normal collection hours when Contractor’s collection vehicle ordinarily is present for collection.

New Customers and Change in Service Levels. Contractor shall deliver 2358 Containers and initiate Collection services for a new Customer within five (5) 2359 Business Days of the Customer’s request for service. If an existing Customer 2360 requests a change in the number or size of their Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, 2361 or Organic Materials Containers and/or frequency of Collection, the Contractor shall 2362 deliver additional Containers and/or remove Containers and shall initiate changes in 2363 the Collection services within five (5) Business Days of the Customer’s request for a 2364 change in service.
Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a missed pick-up, Contractor shall Collect the Refuse, Recyclable Materials, and/or Organic Materials, on the same day, if notified by 12:00 noon; otherwise if by 5:00 p.m., the following day, unless Contractor can provide documentation the Container was not placed for Collection in a timely manner. Evidence may include a report by the driver, provided at time of normal Collection, indicating no Container had been placed out for Collection. A summary of missed pickups shall be submitted to City monthly.

Missed Pick-Ups. Franchisee shall maintain records of Transfer, Diversion, and Disposal of all Recyclable Materials Collected in the City for the period of this Agreement and all extensions to this Agreement or successor Agreements. In the event Franchisee discontinues providing Recyclable Materials services to City, Franchisee shall provide all records of Diversion and Disposal of all Recyclable Materials Collected within the City to City within thirty (30) calendar days of discontinuing service. Records shall be in chronological order, and organized in a form readily and easily interpreted.
Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a Missed Pick-Up Collection Event, Contractor shall collect the solid waste and source separated recyclable materials as soon as reasonably possible but no later than 7 days. Contractor shall retain the right to xxxx customer as noted in the rate schedule shown as Attachment C, as amended from time to time, for returns for Missed Pick-Ups if container was not set out for collection during the normal collection hours when Contractor’s collection vehicle ordinarily is present for collection.
Missed Pick-Ups. In case of a missed pick-up called in by City or a Generator, Republic shall, where possible, provide Collection within 24 hours. If unable to accommodate due to inadequate notice, the Generator shall be so notified and the materials shall be picked up on the next scheduled Collection day. Information on missed pick-ups shall be logged by Republic and shall be available to City upon request.
