HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION The Purchaser acknowledges that a Home Owners Association (“HOA”) will be established to regulate, control and manage the common interests of the owners of properties in the development. The Seller will appoint and delegate any or all of its powers and duties in the management of the development to a Managing Agent of its choice. On registration of transfer the Purchaser will become a member of the HOA and be bound by its constitution. The Purchaser specifically acknowledges that he will be liable for levies plus VAT thereon, an estimate of which is detailed in Schedule “A”. The Seller reserves the right to install fibre optic communication or any other data and/or voice communication services in respect of the development as well as a network to serve each individual unit within the development. In the event that the Seller so elects to install the aforesaid communication and network, an additional levy per month shall be imposed upon the owners by the Home Owners Association for these services. The Purchaser specifically acknowledges that he/she will be liable for this additional levy plus VAT thereon, an estimate of which is detailed in Schedule “A”. The Purchaser herewith acknowledges that he has received and read a copy of the draft proposal of the Home Owners Association and understands the contents thereof.

Benefits are term year specific so they can only be used during the current active plan agreement period. Membership Agreement Membership in USA Gymnastics is a privilege and may be (i) denied, withheld, or non-renewed at any time by USA Gymnastics and/or (ii) suspended or terminated in accordance with USA Gymnastics’ bylaws, policies and standards. You agree that USA Gymnastics has the right to deny, withhold, non-renew, suspend or terminate your membership if you engage in any sexual misconduct, or if USA Gymnastics has reason to believe you pose a threat to the safety of athletes or other members. You have read, understand and agree to be bound by this Agreement, the USA Gymnastics bylaws, Safe Sport Policy, SafeSport Investigation & Resolution Procedures, and Code of Ethical Conduct. You are bound by all safe sport rules, policies and procedures whether published by USA Gymnastics or the U.S. Center for Safe Sport (“Center”), as well as all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including applicable criminal laws. You consent to the jurisdiction of the Center. Any discipline imposed by the Center or USA Gymnastics extends to your participation in all aspects of the Olympic Movement. You agree that any disciplinary measure, whether interim or final, whether imposed before or after the date of this Agreement, whether expired or in effect, may be posted on our website or otherwise publicly published and may include information identifying you and describing the misconduct alleged. You authorize USA Gymnastics and its members to disclose, in good faith, any information or honestly held opinions about you, including without limitation any membership records, USA Gymnastics SafeSport or Center information, or other disciplinary information, with any current or potential employer of yours. You further agree that USA Gymnastics may disclose any information provided by, or about, you as USA Gymnastics determines is reasonably necessary to comply with any law, regulation, legal process, or any request by any governmental body or agency, the Center, or the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (“USOPC”). TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, YOU FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE USA GYMNASTICS AND/OR ITS MEMBERS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR CLAIM OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHETHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, WHETHER NOW EXISTING OR ACCRUING IN THE FUTURE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS DISCLOSED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION.
Association Membership In accordance with applicable laws, the Employer/Appointing Authority shall not discriminate against, interfere with, restrain or coerce an employee from exercising his/her right to join or not to join the Association, or participate in an official capacity on behalf of the Association, which is in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Annual Membership Fee You agree to pay in advance a nonrefundable annual membership fee shown on page 1, whether or not you use your Card or Credit Card account. The fee will be charged on a periodic statement shortly after you open your Credit Card account and after that in the same month every year. We reserve the right to waive all or a portion of the annual fee.
COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.
Hospital-Association Committee (a) There shall be a Hospital-Association Committee comprised of representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and of the Association, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate. The number of representatives is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions and the membership of the Committee may be expanded by mutual agreement.
