MANNER AND TIME OF COMPLETION. 6.1 The Developer/Promoter is expected to complete the said Unit within 31st July, 2022, as a residential accommodation and the said Residential Complex shall be completed in the usual and normal manner including obtaining completion certificate from the appropriate authority or authorities as the case may be. A certificate issued by the Architect of the said unit in respect of measurement of Net area and quality of construction thereof shall be final conclusive and binding on the Purchasers, provided however it is made clear that in case of variations of measurement of areas of the said unit, the purchase price of the said unit shall be increased or decreased as the case may be.

  • TIME OF COMPLETION The Owner shall issue a Notice to Proceed identifying the date for commencement of the Work. The commencement date shall be 10 or more days after the date the notice is issued. The Contractor shall achieve substantial completion of the Work within _____________________ (____) calendar days after the commencement date, as such completion date may be extended by approved Change Orders. The time set forth for completion of the Work is an essential element of the Contract.

All objectives must have a minimum status of satisfactory progress. • All evaluations must be completed in accordance with ASHP Accreditation Standard as outlined in the Resident Agreement • Completion of pharmacokinetic certification by October 31 of residency year • Completion of inpatient anticoagulation certification by October 31 of residency year. • Completion of major project, which includes meeting all project deadlines and submission of written manuscript of completed project to the RAC. • Assigned projects (MUE, drug review, class review, and management project) have been completed • Presentation of at least one major CME program. • Completion of minimum staffing requirements as described in section 2.7 • Adherence to the organization’s attendance standards and as described in this document under Exhibit A.

  • Commencement and Completion 3.1 The Owner agrees to commence the Restoration Works, Landscaping Works, and Servicing Works forthwith upon adoption of City of Kelowna Heritage Revitalization Agreement Authorization Bylaw No. and to complete the Works no later than August 1, 2006.
