MANUALS AND RECORDS. Prior to the Relevant Commercial Operations Date Mopps shall provide at the request of MORILA to the Operator draft operation and maintenance manuals and shall assist MORILA in the preparation of draft as-built drawings. Not later than 6 months after the last Relevant Commercial Operations Date in time Mopps shall provide to the Operator operation and maintenance manuals and upon submission to it by MORILA of the draft as-built drawings will review the same with a view to assisting it in the finalisation of the as-built drawings. In addition Mopps shall furnish to MORILA proformas of the operation, maintenance, Plant running and other records which would ordinarily be kept in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

MANUALS AND RECORDS. Upon the expiration or termination of this Lease (except under Section 11), Lessee, at its own expense, will return the Aircraft to Lessor and shall deliver all logs, manuals and data, including without limitation inspection, modification and overhaul records required to be maintained with respect thereto under this Lease or under the applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Aviation Administration, along with a currently effective Federal Aviation Administration airworthiness certificate to Lessor to any location within the continental United States as Lessor shall direct. Subject to the consent of the maintenance or warranty provider, as applicable, Lessee shall, upon request, assign to Lessor its rights under any maintenance service contract or warranty for the Aircraft, any Engine or Part thereof. All expenses for return of the Aircraft and delivery of the aforementioned logs, manuals and data shall be borne by Lessee, except that any cost to assign any maintenance contract or warranty shall be Lessor's obligation. If Lessee desires to obtain for its own use the United States "N" registration number that is on the Airframe, prior to the return of the Aircraft to Lessor, Lessee, at its expense, shall make application to the FAA for a new "N" number designated by Lessor, and shall have such new number painted on the Airframe in such location and to such specifications as Lessor shall direct.

Not later than 6 months after the last Relevant Commercial Operations Date in time Sypps shall provide to the Operator operation and maintenance manuals and upon submission to it by SOMISY of the draft as-built drawings will review the same with a view to assisting it in the finalisation of the as-built drawings. In addition Sypps shall furnish to SOMISY proformas of the operation, maintenance, Plant running and other records which would ordinarily be kept in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Files and Records All engineering, business and other books, papers, logs, files and records pertaining to the business and operations of the Stations, but not the organizational documents and records described in Section 2.2.7.

  • Maintaining Records The Borrower will record, summarize and report all financial information in accordance with GAAP.

  • Inspection of Books and Records The books and records of the Custodian directly related to the Fund shall be open to inspection and audit at reasonable times by officers and representatives of the Fund and auditors employed by the Fund at its own expense and with prior written notice to the Custodian, and by the appropriate employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission.

  • Books Records and Reports 12.1 At all times during the continuance of the Company, the Company shall keep or cause to be kept full and true books of account, in which shall be entered fully and accurately each transaction of the Company.
