MANUFACTURED HOME STANDARDS. (a) The placement of a new home, the retention of existing homes, and the ability of homes to remain on the rented lot that are being transferred are all governed by written MANUFACTURED HOME STANDARDS as attached hereto as Exhibit “J.” Exhibit “J” is incorporated herein as if fully set forth in the body of this rental agreement. There are three types of written standards contained within the written standards. Those that apply to: (i) Standards for manufactured home of prospective new tenants See (ii) Standards for manufactured home not for sale, See § 7007(b); and (iii) Standards for manufactured homes for resale or transfer of title and retention in the manufactured home community, See § 7007(c). (b) The standards established in § 7007 a, b and c of the Manufactured Home Standards may not be arbitrarily or capriciously enforced. See § 7007(d). (c) A landlord may establish or amend standards pursuant to procedures set forth in § 7007(e).

MANUFACTURED HOME STANDARDS. TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT AND INCREASE THE VALUE OF YOUR HOME, RULES AND REGULATIONS HAVE BEEN ADOPTED TO ENCHANCE THE DESIRABILITY OF RESIDING IN THE COMMUNITY. IT IS THE SINCERE DESIRE OF THE MANAGEMENT TO MAKE THIS AN ATTRACTIVE COMFORTABLE, HEALTHY AND ENJOYABLE PLACE FOR YOU, YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR NEIGHBORS. THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 70 OF THE DELAWARE – LANDLORD CODE. TO ACHIEVE A BASIC UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN TENANT AND MANAGEMENT, THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF EACH ARE SET FORTH CLEARLY AND MUTUALLY AGREED TO BELOW:

  • Manufacturing Standards All forest products except poles, produced and sold under this contract will be manufactured to maximize the amount of logs meeting preferred log lengths and to achieve the average log length listed. 97318 3 WS "WS" indicates that west side scaling rules apply. Minimum trim is 8 inches per scaling segment for west side scaling rules. "ES" indicates that east side scaling rules apply. Minimum trim is 4 inches per scaling segment for east side scaling rules. Poles produced under this contract will be manufactured to ANSI specifications (American National Standard Specifications and Dimensions for Wood Poles), in force at the time of signing this contract. a. Sweep will be limited to within the bole of the log as measured using a tape stretched between the centers of each end of the log. b. Logs approved by the state for peelers shall be chuckable with no more than a 2 inch diameter area of rot within a 5 inch diameter circle located at the center of either end of the log. c. Limbs and knots shall be cut flush, with no more than 15 percent of a log having limbs or knots over 2 inches in diameter extending more than 2 inches above the surface of the log.

  • Procurement Standards For projects being managed by the Local Government and on the State highway system or that include state funding, the Local Government must obtain approval from the State for its proposed procurement procedure for the selection of a professional services provider, a contractor for a construction or maintenance project, or a materials provider.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • Safety Standards Performance of the Contract for all commodities or contractual services must comply with requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act and other applicable State of Florida and federal requirements.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • Quality Standards Each Party agrees that the nature and quality of its products and services supplied in connection with the other Party's Marks will conform to quality standards set by the other Party. Each Party agrees to supply the other Party, upon request, with a reasonable number of samples of any Materials publicly disseminated by such Party which utilize the other Party's Marks. Each Party will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs and obtain any required government approvals pertaining to use of the other Party's marks.

  • Content Standards You agree that you will not upload or provide content or otherwise post, transmit, distribute, or disseminate through the Zelle® Payment Service any material that: (1) is false, misleading, unlawful, obscene, indecent, lewd, pornographic, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, abusive, or inflammatory; (2) encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or gives rise to civil liability; (3) breaches or infringes any duty toward or rights of any person or entity, including rights of publicity, privacy or intellectual property; (4) contains corrupted data or any other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files; (5) advertises products or services competitive with Zelle®, as determined by Zelle® in its sole discretion; or (6) in Zelle®’s or our sole judgment, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits any person or entity from using or enjoying any portion of the Zelle® Payment Service, or which may expose us, Zelle® or our respective affiliates or customers to harm or liability of any nature.

  • Licensing Standards The Contractor, its employees and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing standards, certification standards, accrediting standards and any other laws, rules, or regulations governing services to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The State will not pay the Contractor for any services performed when the Contractor, its employees or subcontractors are not in compliance with such applicable standards, laws, rules, or regulations. If any license, certification or accreditation expires or is revoked, or any disciplinary action is taken against an applicable license, certification, or accreditation, the Contractor shall notify the State immediately and the State, at its option, may immediately terminate this Contract.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.

  • Security Standards The Provider shall implement and maintain commercially reasonable security procedures and practices that otherwise meet or exceed industry standards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure, including but not limited to the unauthorized acquisition of computerized data that compromises the security, confidentiality, or integrity of the Student Data (a "Security Breach"). For purposes of the DPA and this Exhibit G, "Security Breach" does not include the good faith acquisition of Student Data by an employee or agent of the Provider or LEA for a legitimate educational or administrative purpose of the Provider or LEA, so long as the Student Data is used solely for purposes permitted by SOPPA and other applicable law, and so long as the Student Data is restricted from further unauthorized disclosure.
