MAP2R Waterfall. The Defendants will apply the following waterfall, in the order listed below, until the Settlement Class Member’s Monthly Payment reaches a DTI of thirty one percent (31%). The DTI may be slightly higher than 31% if the next step or action within the waterfall will result in a DTI below 31%. Once a DTI as close as possible to 31% is reached, the Defendants are not required to apply any additional steps in the waterfall, nor actions within a step. If any step in the waterfall is already achieved, the Defendants will proceed to the subsequent step. If all steps of the waterfall have been exhausted and a DTI of 31% cannot be achieved, the Defendants are not required to offer a MAP2R Modification. Following application of the waterfall, all loans must pass the NPV test (as outlined in Section 1.47 and Section VI(E)(6) before a MAP2R Modification must be offered.   • Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.

  • Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.

  • -wire Unbundled Digital/DS0 Loop These are designed 4-wire Loops that may be configured as 64kbps, 56kbps, 19kbps, and other sub-rate speeds associated with digital data services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR.

  • Unbundled Loop Concentration 2.8.5.1 Upon the Effective Date of this Amendment, the Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) element will no longer be offered by BellSouth and no new orders for ULC will be accepted. Any existing ULCs that were provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment will be grandfathered at the rates set forth in the Parties’ interconnection agreement that was in effect immediately prior to this Amendment and may remain connected, maintained and repaired according to BellSouth’s TR73600 until such time as they are disconnected by MyLineToo, or BellSouth provides ninety (90) calendar days notice that such ULC must be terminated.

  • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B.   • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.

  • FUND TRANSFER FACILITIES VIA TBS The Account Holder may apply, in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedure then prevailing and the Bank may, in its reasonable discretion, permit the Account Holder to operate such fund transfer facilities via the TBS, including without limitation, GIRO or direct debit banking system as may be made available by the Bank from time to time. The Account Holder acknowledges that the operation of such fund transfer facilities shall be subject to the relevant terms and conditions governing such facilities.

  • wire Unbundled ISDN Digital Loops These will be provisioned according to industry standards for 2-Wire Basic Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. NewPhone will be responsible for providing BellSouth with a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) associated with a particular ISDN-capable Loop and customer. With the SPID, BellSouth will be able to adequately test the circuit and ensure that it properly supports ISDN service.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.
