Marketing, Generally. In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and at no expense to SCEA, Publisher shall, and shall direct its distributors to, diligently market, sell and distribute the Licensed Products, and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to stimulate demand for such Licensed Products in the Licensed Territory and to supply any resulting demand. Publisher shall use its reasonable best efforts to protect the Licensed Products from and against illegal reproduction and/or copying by end users or by any other persons or entities.
