MARKETING OF FIRM AND INTERRUPTIBLE. CAPACITY WITH A LONG NOTICE PERIODThe multi-annual subscriptions for Firm and Interruptible capacity with a long notice period are booked by the Shipper in accordance with the conditions described below. Capacity is marketed on multi-annual bands of two (2) or three (3) years, beginning on the first (1st) Day of April of each year. For each maturity of two (2) or three (3) years, and for each type of Firm and Interruptible Capacity, the marketing process is organised pursuant to successive marketing rounds, each of these rounds offering at least 5 GWh/d. The Shipper’s request is limited to the proposed capacity at each round. For each round, in the event of a request exceeding the capacity available, the capacity allocation is carried out proportionally to the shippers’ requests. If the Shipper does not participate in a round for a given maturity and type of capacity, it steps out definitively from the capacity allocation process under way for this maturity and type of capacity.

OSP for the sale of Firm Capacity bands for a period of two (2) or three (3) years: o Available Firm Capacity with a long-notice period is divided into two (2) equal portions, marketed respectively over a period of three (3) years and over a period of two (2) years. GRTgaz initiates an OSP for Fim Capacity subscriptions in the form of multiannual bands of two (2) or three (3) years beginning on the first (1st) Day of Month M: all requests arriving between the twenty-first (21st) calendar day of month M-8 and the last calendar day of month M-8 inclusive are deemed simultaneous and to have been received at zero hours (00:00) on the first (1st) calendar day of month M-7; o In the event of a request exceeding the available capacity, such capacity will be distributed proportionally to requests, and allocated in the following stages: 1. Possible capping of Shippers’ requests up to the available Firm Capacity for the related band 2. Allocation of available Firm Capacity proportionately to the capacity requested by Shippers. B. OSP for the sale of bands of Interruptible Capacity for two (2) or three (3) years: o Long-notice Interruptible Capacity is divided into two (2) equal portions, marketed respectively over a period of three (3) years and over a period of two (2) years. o In the event that, following the previous allocation, all the Firm Capacity has been allocated over the related duration, GRTgaz shall initiate an OSP for subscription of Interruptible Capacity in the form of multiannual bands of two (2) or three (3) years, starting on the first (1st) Day of Month M: all requests arriving between the first (1st) calendar day of month M-7 and the tenth (10th) calendar day of month M-7 inclusive are deemed simultaneous and to have been received at zero hours (00:00) on the eleventh (11th) calendar day of month M-7. o In the event of a request exceeding the available capacity, such capacity will be distributed proportionally to requests, and allocated in the following stages: 1. Possible capping of Shippers’ requests up to the cap corresponding to available Interruptible Capacity for the related band. 2. Allocation of available Interruptible Capacity proportionately to the capacity requested by Shippers.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.

  • Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings on behalf of the Institute.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an Employee's vacation period, she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and the Employee.

  • NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES REGARDING THE SAFELY SURRENDERED BABY LAW The Contractor shall notify and provide to its employees, and shall require each Subcontractor to notify and provide to its employees, a fact sheet regarding the Safely Surrendered Baby Law, its implementation in Los Angeles County, and where and how to safely surrender a baby. The fact sheet is set forth in Exhibit I of this Contract and is also available on the Internet at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx for printing purposes.

  • Marketing of Production Except for contracts listed and in effect on the date hereof on Schedule 7.19, and thereafter either disclosed in writing to the Administrative Agent or included in the most recently delivered Reserve Report (with respect to all of which contracts the Borrower represents that it or its Subsidiaries are receiving a price for all production sold thereunder which is computed substantially in accordance with the terms of the relevant contract and are not having deliveries curtailed substantially below the subject Property’s delivery capacity), no material agreements exist which are not cancelable on 60 days notice or less without penalty or detriment for the sale of production from the Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries’ Hydrocarbons (including, without limitation, calls on or other rights to purchase, production, whether or not the same are currently being exercised) that (a) pertain to the sale of production at a fixed price and (b) have a maturity or expiry date of longer than six (6) months from the date hereof.

  • Use of FIIOC’s and FSC's Name The Trust shall not use the name of FIIOC and FSC in any Prospectus, sales literature or other material relating to the Trust or any Fund of the Trust in a manner not consented to by FIIOC and FSC prior to use; provided, however, that FIIOC and FSC shall approve all uses of its name which merely refer in accurate terms to its appointments, duties or fees hereunder or which are required by the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC" or “Commission”) or a state securities commission; and further, provided that in no event shall such approval be unreasonably withheld.
