MARKETING ORIENTATION AND TRAINING. 9.2.1 HMO must require that all HMO staff having direct marketing contact with Members as part of their job duties and their supervisors satisfactorily complete HHSC's marketing orientation and training program, conducted by HHSC or health plan staff trained by HHSC, prior to engaging in marketing activities on behalf of HMO.
