Marketing Service. 6.5.1. EXCLUSIVE ENGAGEMENT. RenaGel LLC hereby engages Genzyme on a exclusive basis to market Collaboration Products within the Territory and for use within the Field. Genzyme hereby accepts such engagement and agrees (by itself or through its Affiliates) to use commercially reasonable and diligent efforts to establish each Collaboration Product in the markets, fulfill market demand and meet the marketing and distribution goals set forth in the Commercialization Plan for such Collaboration Product.

Marketing Service. Upon Owner's request, Manager shall perform the following services: (a) provide Owner with marketing research for locations designated by Owner and assist Owner in determining the suitability of the acquisition or development of Hotel sites; and (b) promote Hotels which are subject to Management Agreements through national and local marketing programs consisting of advertising, promotion, publicity and public relations designed to attract guests to Hotels, as provided in each individual Management Agreement. Owner and Manager shall enter into a MIS service agreement under which Manager shall assist Owner in developing a property management system and related software for Hotel operations, which shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Owner and Manager.
Marketing Service. WeBuy offers an online platform that allows retailers and service providers ("Sellers") to offer products and services ("Goods"), display specific advertisements to, and communicate with Users who have expressed their interest in such Goods ("Buyers") and are located within certain geographical perimeter of the Seller. For the sake of clarity, such Sellers wishing to partaking in this Service must also register as a User on the Website Platform (See Section 4).

The Marketing Service Fee owed by Tenant hereunder will be increased effective as of January 1 of each calendar year during the term of this lease by a percentage equal to the percentage increase, if any, in (i) the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics, Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers (CPI-U) Dallas, Texas - All Items (1967 = 100) (the "Index") applicable for the (b) Landlord shall plan as a part of the yearly advertising and sales promotion calendar, a variety of joint advertising efforts which Landlord deems to be in the best sales and traffic generation interest of the Shopping Center. Tenant agrees to join in a minimum of four (4) said joint advertising efforts per calendar year with a minimum of one-quarter (1/4) page print ad or the equivalent expenditure in broadcast or other effort planned by Landlord.

Tenant agrees to join in a minimum of XXXX said joint advertising efforts per calendar year (prorated for partial calendar years) with a minimum of one-quarter (1/4) page print ad or the equivalent expenditure in broadcast or other effort planned by Landlord.
Marketing Service. Fees will not be paid on Employee Benefits plans written on an ASO financing arrangement, Mini Plans or Broker-of-Record changes.

Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Medical Services Plan Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of the premiums required by the plan.

  • Hosted Services 3.1 The Provider hereby grants to the Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Hosted Services for the business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation during the Term. 3.2 The Provider shall create an Account for the Customer and shall provide to the Customer login details for that Account to enable the Customer to configure and administer the Hosted Services and enable registration of Customer End Users. 3.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by law on a non- excludable basis, the licence granted by the Provider to the Customer under Clause 3.1 is subject to the following prohibitions: (a) the Customer must not sub-license its right to use the Hosted Services; (b) the Customer must not make any alteration to the Platform; and (c) the Customer must not conduct or request that any other person conduct any load testing or penetration testing on the Platform or Hosted Services without the prior written consent of the Provider. 3.5 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours, including appropriate organisational and technical measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Hosted Services using an Account. 3.6 The parties acknowledge and agree that Schedule 2 (Availability SLA) shall govern the availability of the Hosted Services. 3.7 The Customer must ensure that all persons using the Hosted Services with the authority of the Customer or by means of an Account comply with the Terms Of Use. 3.8 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Hosted Services or Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Hosted Services. 3.9 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services: (a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or (b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform, either during or after the Term. 3.11 The Provider may suspend the provision of the Hosted Services if any amount due to be paid by the Customer to AWS for the benefit of the Provider under this Agreement is overdue, and the Provider has given to the Customer at least 30 days' written notice, following the amount becoming overdue, of its intention to suspend the Hosted Services on this basis.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.
