Common use of Marketing Clause in Contracts

Marketing. 25.1 The Supplier shall undertake marketing of this Framework Agreement and the Services on behalf of Other Contracting Bodies in accordance with the provisions of Framework Agreement Schedule 10 (Marketing) during the Term. 25.2 The Supplier shall obtain Approval prior to publishing any content in relation to this Framework Agreement on any Electronic Market Place and the Supplier will ensure that such content is regularly maintained and updated. In the event that the Supplier fails to maintain or update the content, the Authority may give the Supplier notice to rectify the failure and if the failure is not rectified to the reasonable satisfaction of the Authority within one (1) Month of receipt of such notice, the Authority shall have the right to remove such content itself or require that the Supplier immediately arranges the removal of such content.
