MASL Measurement and Reporting. Vendor shall measure and report to Purchaser its performance against each applicable MASL during each month by the tenth (10th) day of the following month and report each MASL Failure in the month such MASL Failure occurs. Vendor shall meet with Purchaser at least quarterly, or more frequently if requested by Xxxxxxxxx, to review Vendor’s actual performance against the MASL and shall recommend remedial actions to resolve any performance deficiencies.

MASL Measurement and Reporting. Acxiom shall measure and report its performance against the MASLs during each month, by the 10th business day of the following month. Measurements of availability shall exclude scheduled downtime, delays in processing schedules requested by or caused by Allstate, and unscheduled downtime to the extent attributable to Force Majeure Events, or the acts or omissions of Allstate or its employees, agents, third-party contractors, and suppliers. Acxiom shall meet with Allstate's Contract Manager at least quarterly to review Acxiom's actual performance against the MASLs and shall recommend remedial actions to resolve performance deficiencies.
MASL Measurement and Reporting. Except as otherwise specified in this Agreement or any Schedule to this Agreement, Provider shall measure and report its performance against the MASLs, if applicable, during each month by the tenth (10th) calendar day of the following month. For continuing failures in areas that are measured daily or weekly, Provider shall report such failures in the month such failure occurs. Investors shall give Provider reasonable advance notice of anticipated changes in numbers of End-Users or processing volumes. Provider’s report shall be delivered in accordance with the Services Schedules. Provider shall meet with Investors at least monthly, or more frequently if requested by Investors, to review Provider’s actual performance against the MASLs and shall recommend remedial actions to resolve any performance deficiencies.

  • Accounting and Reporting I. The Agent shall establish separate accounts for the trust assets, the assets obtained as a result of managing and utilizing the trust assets, its own assets, and other trust assets.
