Mass variation. If CUSTOMER varies the Satellite mass under Sub-paragraph 8.1.1 of ARTICLE 8 of this Agreement, the resulting price variation shall be paid by CUSTOMER to ARIANESPACE, or refunded by ARIANESPACE to CUSTOMER, as applicable, on a pro-rata basis over the remaining payments as set forth in Sub-paragraph 10.1.1, following the receipt by ARIANESPACE of CUSTOMER’s written request for mass variation.

  • Aircraft Basic Price The Aircraft Basic Price is listed in Table 1 and is subject to escalation in accordance with the terms of this Purchase Agreement.
