Master’s + 60 Graduate Credits. A Master’s + 60 pay grade will be awarded to a faculty member who has earned a Master’s degree consisting of at least sixty (60) semester credit hours and at least thirty (30) semester hours of additional upper division or graduate credits in his field or in those areas directly related to or which enhance classroom instruction.
