Common use of Master’s or Doctoral Degree Clause in Contracts

Master’s or Doctoral Degree. The District shall provide an annual stipend of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) to those employees who have received a Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning. Employees who have obtained a Doctoral degree or both a Master’s & Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher learning, will be paid an annual stipend of two thousand dollars ($2,000).
