Matched Check. A Presented Check that matches a check identified in the File by check number, issue date, and exact dollar amount. If Company is enrolled in Payee Match, then a “Matched Check” shall also include the Payee name to the Company's list of checks issued.

  • Uncashed Checks If we remit your payment to a payee by mailing your payee a check drawn on your account and the check has not been presented for payment within [our payment cut-off period], we will investigate the status of the check. If the Payee cannot be reached, or the payment is to an individual and the check has not been presented for payment by ninety (90) days after the date the funds are withdrawn from your account, we will place a stop payment order on the check and refund your Account.

  • Returned Check For any returned or bounced checks, Landlord may charge Tenant the cost of the returned check fee, as well as an additional reasonable fee, together with Rent late fees, as applicable.

  • REFERENCE CHECKS The contact person listed as a reference shall be someone who has personal knowledge of the Proposer’s performance during the referenced contract. Contact persons shall have been informed that they are being used as a reference and that the County may be contacting them. More than one person can be listed but all shall have knowledge of the project. DO NOT list principals or officers who will not be able to answer specific questions regarding the project.   • Returned Check Fee Checks returned by the payer’s bank (for insufficient funds, closed account, stop payments, etc.) must be redeemed in cash, money order or cashier’s check for the full amount plus $30.00 service fee.

  • Returned Check Charge A Customer whose payment by check is returned for insufficient funds, or is otherwise not processed for payment, will be subject to a returned check charge. Such charge will be applicable on each occasion when a check is returned or not processed. If the returned check was for a combined interstate and international balance, only a single returned check charge will apply. Per Occasion $25.00

  • Background Check The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to conduct background checks of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors as directed by the Department or Customer. The cost of the background checks will be borne by the Contractor. The Department or Customer may require the Contractor to exclude the Contractor’s employees, agents, representatives, or subcontractors based on the background check results. In addition, the Contractor must ensure that all persons have a responsibility to self-report to the Contractor within three (3) calendar days any arrest for any disqualifying offense. The Contractor must notify the Contract Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of all details concerning any reported arrest. Upon the request of the Department or Customer, the Contractor will re-screen any of its employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors during the term of the Contract.

  • Returned Checks In the event that any check or other order for the payment of money is returned unpaid for any reason, Transfer Agent or its agent will: (i) give prompt notice of such return to the relevant Fund or its designee; (ii) place a stop transfer order against all Shares issued as a result of such check or order; and (iii) take such actions as Transfer Agent may from time to time deem appropriate.

  • Pay Cheques R-1 Payment of wages will be made by depositing the net amount payable to the Employee to the credit of the Employee's designated account at any Kent County chartered bank that utilizes a computer banking transfer system.   • Payment Methodology The Contractor shall be compensated based on the Service Rates in Attachment for units of service authorized by the Institution in a total amount not to exceed the Contract Maximum Liability established in Section C.1. The Contractor’s compensation shall be contingent upon the satisfactory completion of units of service or project milestones identified in Attachment B. The Contractor shall submit invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the Institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment. Such invoices shall be submitted for completed units of service or project milestones for the amount stipulated.
