Matching or Cost Sharing. Matching or cost sharing requirements applicable to the federal program must be satisfied by allowable costs incurred or third party in-kind contributions, as provided in 45 CFR 75.306, and subject to the qualifications, exceptions, and requirements of that section.

Matching or Cost Sharing. Pursuant to 45 CFR 74.23 and 45 CFR 92.24, as applicable, matching or cost sharing requirements applicable to the federal program must be satisfied by disbursements for allowable costs or third-party in-kind contributions and must be clearly identified and used in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
