Assistance Agreement. “Assistance Agreement” or “Agreement” shall mean this Assistance Agreement between the CDFI Fund and the Recipient, of which these General Award Terms and Conditions are a material part, including the cover signature page, any schedules and attachments hereto, as the Agreement may, from time to time, be amended in accordance with its terms.

Assistance Agreement. (a) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Assistance Agreement or any Activity Description, the Assistance Agreement shall terminate by mutual agreement of the Parties only upon the termination of the final Activity Description listed in Section 3.1 of this Agreement, at which time the Assistance Agreement shall be of no further force or effect; provided, however, that the provisions enumerated in Section 4.11 of the Assistance Agreement shall survive termination of the Assistance Agreement as set forth therein.
(b) Notwithstanding Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement or Section 4.11 of the Assistance Agreement, upon termination of the Assistance Agreement, Sections 4.9 and 6.3 of the Assistance Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.
Assistance Agreement. Seller (as successor to Standard Pacific LP), -------------------- Savings and the FDIC (as successor to the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation) are parties to an Assistance Agreement dated as of March 6, 1987 (the "Assistance Agreement"). Among other things, the Assistance Agreement provides for certain payments from either Seller or Savings or both to the FDIC. If and to the extent that Savings has any liability to the FDIC pursuant to the Assistance Agreement which liability is not accrued on the Closing Balance Sheet, Seller agrees that it will promptly pay such liability directly to the FDIC when required or, if such direct payment is not permitted, will promptly reimburse Savings for such amount. If and to the extent that Savings receives any payments from the FDIC pursuant to the Assistance Agreement which receivable is not accrued on the Closing Balance Sheet, American General will cause Savings to promptly pay such amount to Seller. American General agrees to notify Seller if it or Savings subsequent to the Closing Date receives any notice from the FDIC that any such liability will be asserted and agrees to permit Seller upon reasonable request to have access to the books and records of Savings to the extent reasonably necessary to resolve any such claim.
Assistance Agreement. (a) . On the Closing Date, the Parties shall cause DBR and VentureCo to enter into an Assistance Agreement in a form reasonably acceptable to the Parties.

Assistance Agreement. I/We accept the Tuition Assistance Award for the 2020-2021 academic term as stated on our award letter from Msgr. Xxxxxxx. I/We understand this award is for one year only and I/we must re-apply to receive future assistance. All tuition balances, beyond what the award covers, will be my/our responsibility and I/we agree to abide by the payment policies of the school(s). St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx agrees to provide the stated amount of tuition assistance for this family. The obligations/responsibilities the family has to the parish/school to validate this award are listed below and on the following pages. - To be a registered parishioner of St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and attend Mass faithfully each weekend. - To be in full communion with the Church and to live in accord with the teachings of the Catholic Church. - My/Our children must have been accepted into the school for tuition assistance to be effective. - Families accepting Tuition Assistance agree to maintain parishioner status by supporting the Church and make every effort to voluntarily contribute a minimum suggested contribution of $ 500.00 or more and agree to perform 15 additional volunteer hours to St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and/or School. - To support my/our child/children in their faith formation and education. - All families must have no outstanding fees due to St. Xxxxxxx School, St. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx or any other Catholic institution presently or for previous years including, but not limited to, such fees as tuition, school fees, library fees, late fees or an Extended Care Program for tuition assistance to become effective for the 2020-2021 school year. - Each grade school family must enroll for monthly ACH debits online with SMART Tuition for tuition payments or pay in full by August 16, 2020. HSTM families must enroll in FACTS Automatic Withdrawal by the HSTM deadline. - The granted tuition assistance for the HSTM and/or St. Xxxxxxx Grade School is for the full school year. If any child/children in a family receiving assistance withdraw from either school, the assistance amount is prorated to days attended. The assistance granted will be reviewed and adjusted for the remaining school year for any children in the family remaining at either school.
