Materials Liability Review Meetings. Designated representatives of each party shall attend a meeting (each, an “Inventory Review Meeting”) at the beginning of each Tesla fiscal quarter at such dates and times as agreed to between the Parties. At each Inventory Review Meeting, the Parties will share information to coordinate their combined operations, and discuss the report provided by Supplier. From time to time, the Parties may mutually agree upon the specific format for Supplier’s report and Supplier shall thereafter provide such report in the agreed-upon format; however, no failure to agree on a format shall relieve Supplier from providing this report in a commercially reasonable format when and as required by this Section 16(i).
