Maternity, Child Care & Adoption Leave. Eligible employees shall be granted Maternity and/or Child Care leave in accordance with the provisions of SPP RCW-2.41, Maternity, Child Care and Adoption Leave dated 1992 June. It is understood that this provision is not payable during a labour dispute or while on layoff.
