Mate’s Tuition Reimbursement. WSF shall reimburse Temporary Mates, one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) for Mate’s tuition reimbursement, if they successfully complete all of the following by April 6, 2014:

A. Work an Extended Temporary Mate assignment for the Summer Season of 2013;
B. All route pilotage endorsements;
C. Inclusion on the MM&P Mate’s Seniority List; and
D. Complete the full staggered Mate’s Orientation and Training.
