Matters concerning the obligation of fulfillments by the share delivery parent company after the date that the share delivery becomes effective (Article 213-2 Paragraph 6 of the Regulation for Enforcement of the Companies Act) Article 816-8, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act does not apply so this is not applicable to the share delivery.
Matters concerning the foreign exchange of the Company shall be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations with respect to foreign exchange, and the law of PRC on Sino-Foreign Enterprises and its detailed rules for implementation.
