This takes the form of software suites developed by medical specialists to help obtain and submit medical information that will help streamline consultations with specialists thereby reducing time per consultation as well as potentially providing a more accurate diagnosis. The software is also to include in depth instructions for any immediate actions that are to be performed to prevent exacerbation of the medical issue. TeleMedGroup will also provide packages of hardware and peripherals with subscription to provided software for new clients that will be converting or integrating a telemedicine service into their current medical services. Industry Overview: The global telemedicine is presently an 11.6 Billion dollar industry as of 2011 with a projected growth to approximately 27.3 Billion dollars by 2016 according to BCC Research Market forecasting.
BUSINESS SUMMARY. Any reference to and/or discussion of activities, actions, obligations and/or decisions in the Business Summary shall be consistent with the applicable Lease requirements, including, but not limited to, obtaining the proper approval from the City or City Council.
