Mature Aged Workers. (a) The Parties to this Agreement recognise that mature age workers are beneficial to the Employer and the Industry. To this end, the Employer shall endeavour to employ a ratio of at least one mature age worker in every six Employees. The Parties shall ensure that mature age workers are not discriminated against when seeking or maintaining employment with the Employer.

Mature Aged Workers. The parties to this Agreement recognise that mature age workers are beneficial to Chubb and the Industry. The parties shall ensure that mature age workers are not discriminated against when seeking or maintaining employment with Chubb. All Mature Age applicants applying for positions with the company will be given genuine consideration for employment utilizing the companies standard selection criteria.

  • Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance The Contractor shall have in effect during the entire life of this Agreement Workers' Compensation and Employer's Liability Insurance providing full statutory coverage. In signing this Agreement, the Contractor certifies, as required by Section 1861 of the California Labor Code, that it is aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which requires every employer to be insured against liability for Worker's Compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of the Code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.

  • Independent Contractor; Workers’ Compensation Insurance The Contractor is performing as an independent entity under this Contract. No part of this Contract shall be construed to represent the creation of an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture agreement between the parties. Neither party will assume liability for any injury (including death) to any persons, or damage to any property, arising out of the acts or omissions of the agents, employees or subcontractors of the other party. The Contractor shall provide all necessary unemployment and workers’ compensation insurance for the Contractor’s employees, and shall provide the State with a Certificate of Insurance evidencing such coverage prior to starting work under this Contract.

  • ’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Coverage The Grantee shall provide workers’ compensation, in accordance with Chapter 440, F.S. and employer liability coverage with minimum limits of $100,000 per accident, $100,000 per person, and $500,000 policy aggregate. Such policies shall cover all employees engaged in any work under the Grant.
