Common use of Maximum Accrual of Compensatory Time Clause in Contracts

Maximum Accrual of Compensatory Time. Employees occupying non "Z" designated positions may not accumulate a balance of compensatory time earned in excess of 240 hours calculated at the rate of time and one half (1-1/2). Those employees occupying positions designated as “L” shall not accumulate in excess of four hundred eighty (480) hours calculated at time and one-half.
