Maximum Amount of Agreement. The maximum amount of compensation under this Agreement, without an amendment, is described in the Standard Grant Agreement. Any additional funds necessary for the completion of this Project are the responsibility of Grantee.
Maximum Amount of Agreement. DHS hereby agrees to pay the Grantee an amount not to exceed Number dollars and 00/100 ($ .00) for services performed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement exclusively during the period October 1, 201X to September 30, 201X. An administrative retention fee, equal to one-percent, will be withheld by the Michigan Community Service Commission (MCSC) as allowed by the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS).
