RETENTION FEE. The Hospital shall pay the retention fee charged by the Singapore Nursing Board and the Singapore Pharmacy Board for all registered nurses/midwives and pharmacists respectively to be retained on their register for practice.
RETENTION FEE. (a) In consideration of the grant of the right to occupy the Unit or Rest Home Apartment and the supply of other domestic goods and services and subject to clause 6.3, the Resident agrees to pay to the Operator a Retention Fee on termination of this Occupation Right Agreement, on the day which is the Repayment Date, as per clause 17.2 of this Occupation Right Agreement. The Retention Fee shall be satisfied by way of deduction by the Operator from the Valuation Amount repayable to the Resident.
(b) The Retention Fee shall be:
(i) for Rest Home Apartments an amount equal to 2.0% plus GST per annum of the Valuation Amount which shall accrue every 12 months from the date of this Occupation Right Agreement until the date the Resident permanently vacates the Rest Home Apartment (provided that this amount excluding GST shall be no greater than the Weekly Rebate accrued in favour of the Resident); or
(ii) for Units an amount equal to 20% including GST (if any) of the Valuation Amount which shall accrue over 36 months from the date of this Occupation Right Agreement, or until the Repayment Date or the date of transfer to a Rest Home Apartment if earlier. The maximum sum payable by the Resident as a Retention Fee for Units shall be an amount equal to 20% including GST (if any) of the Valuation Amount.
(c) If the Unit or Rest Home Apartment has been damaged or destroyed through no fault of the Resident and is uninhabitable, and the Operator does not provide temporary accommodation to the Resident, the Retention Fee shall stop accruing from the date of the damage or destruction, and if this Occupation Right Agreement is not terminated, the Retention Fee shall resume accruing from the date the Unit is repaired or replaced by another unit and ready for occupation.
RETENTION FEE. The Institution shall pay the renewal fee charged by the Singapore Nursing Board for all registered nurses, the Singapore Pharmacy Board for all registered pharmacists, the Optometrists & Opticians Board for all registered Optometrists and Opticians, the Allied Health Professionals Council for all registered allied health professionals as required by the Singapore Allied Health Bill, the Singapore Police Force for all registered security personnel (inclusive of customer support associate staff who work at NUH) to be retained on their respective registers for practice.
RETENTION FEE. The Institution shall pay the retention fee charged by the Singapore Nursing Board, the Singapore Pharmacy Board, and the Optometrists & Opticians Board for all registered nurses / enrolled nurses / midwives, pharmacists, and optometrists / opticians respectively to be retained on their register for practice. The Institution shall also pay the retention fees for Allied Health Professionals who are required to be registered under the Singapore Allied Health Bill.
RETENTION FEE. JurongHealth shall pay the retention fee charged by the Singapore Nursing Board for all registered nurses, the Singapore Pharmacy Council for all registered pharmacists, the Optometrists & Opticians Board for all registered Optometrists and Opticians, the Allied Health Professionals Council for all registered allied health professionals as required by the Singapore Allied Health Professional Act, the Singapore Police Force for all registered security personnel to be retained on their respective registers for practice.
RETENTION FEE. (1) The Institution shall pay the retention fee charged by (including but not limited to), Singapore Nursing Board, Singapore Pharmacy Council, Allied Health Professional Council, Optometrists & Opticians Board, for all public healthcare professionals to be retained on their respective registers for practice.
(2) The Institution shall also pay the retention fee charged by the Singapore Police Force for all registered security personnel to be retained on their register for practice.
RETENTION FEE. 31.1 All Owners are obliged to pay a Retention fee to the Association before any construction can commence. Proof of the payment of this fee, which may be by cash, cheque or Internet transfer, is to be produced at site handover at the latest. The amount of the fee payable is dependent on the size of the development.
31.2 This fee will be held in an account by the Association, and used to complete any repairs not performed by the owner, or recover any penalties not paid at the time.
31.3 Where in the opinion of the Manager the risk of or actual damage to public (common) infrastructure renders the standard retention deposit insufficient, he may require an additional deposit to be lodged with the Association.
31.4 On completion of the contract and submission of the as-built plans, the Association will carry out an inspection of the site and the balance of the fee will be refunded after one month, once the Association is satisfied the site is complete (Clause 35) and any damages to Precinct property repaired.
RETENTION FEE. Until the earlier of (1) the time that XxXxxxxx ceases to provide Washington legal representation to Belo or (2) October 1, 2007, XxXxxxxx shall receive the following retainer: 10-01-02 xx 00-00-00 $200,000 10-01-03 xx 00-00-00 $175,000 10-01-04 xx 00-00-00 $150,000 10-01-05 xx 00-00-00 $125,000 10-01-06 xx 00-00-00 $100,000 The retainer applicable to the period from October 1, 2002 to September 30, 2003 shall be paid to XxXxxxxx within 30 days of the execution of this agreement. Fees applicable to subsequent periods shall be payable by October 1 of each year directly to XxXxxxxx. In addition to the retainer fees described in this paragraph, Belo shall also pay to the Washington law firm with which XxXxxxxx is associated the customary hourly fee charged to other clients for his legal services.
RETENTION FEE. The Retention Fee is waived.
RETENTION FEE a fee assessed on the 90th day after the day on which the candidate commenced providing services for you provided such candidate is still providing services for you, as an independent contractor, employee or otherwise, on such date. If a candidate agrees to provide part-time services to you and that candidate is subsequently converted to a full-time position within 12 months of the original hire date, the full Placement Fee and the Retention Fee, less any amounts already paid, will be due and payable on the date the candidate accepts the full-time position. In the event Client hires a candidate presented by TalentCare within one year of initial engagement with TalentCare, the Engagement Fee, Placement Fee and Retention Fee (as applicable to the hired role) will be immediately due and payable by Client Before being granted access to the service, you must pay the Engagement Fee by credit card. Talent Care will use, and you hereby consent to TalentCare’s use of, the credit card you used to pay the Engagement Fee to pay the Placement Fee and the Retention Fee. Except as expressly provided herein, all amounts paid hereunder are final and non-refundable. TalentCare’s fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including but not limited to value-added, sales and use, or withholding taxes, assessable by any local, state, provincial, federal or foreign jurisdiction (collectively, “Taxes”). You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with its purchases hereunder.
